1st Annual Rapid City YMCA Halloween Spooktacular

Join us for our spooky and fun free family event!

We’ll have a night of fun, free family activities for all! This event is open to everyone, YMCA members and our community! You’ll enjoy:

• Cosmic Glow Dance Party (ages 10+)
• Floating Pumpkin Patch (Family Pool)
• Pumpkin Decorating
• Halloween Arts & Crafts
• Music, Games & Snacks
• Costumes are invited!

All ages welcome! Free Will donations will be accepted for the Floating Pumpkin Patch. This event is free and open to all, but pre-registration is required.

Join us on October 23 from 5:30 to 8:30 for our first annual Fall Candy Cornhole Tournament! Gather your friends and family for an evening of fun, friendly rivalry and festive Fall spirit! Whether you’re a seasoned corn hole player or just along for the laughs, everyone is welcome. This event is open to members and non-members.

Mark your calendars and come toss your way to victory! There will be treats and prizes galore.

LiveSTRONG at the YMCA is a FREE 12-week small-group fitness program for cancer survivors who have become deconditioned or chronically fatigued from their treatment and/or disease. For ages 18+. 

Includes:

* FREE 12-week YMCA membership for the survivor and their caretaker
* Pre/Post Fitness Assessment and Pre/Post InBody sessions, if wanted
* Two 90-minute classes per week
* A combination of instruction and group activities
* Workouts include strength training, balance/mobility work, and cardiovascular training
* Full access to the Rapid City YMCA
